Order Processing
- Payment & Processing: Orders are processed once payment is accepted.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
- Business Days: Our processing days are Monday through Friday (EST), excluding postal holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are calculated as the sum of handling and transit times. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors outside our control.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Once your order is in transit, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking details are not immediately available, they will appear once the carrier processes your parcel.
- If your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
- Accuracy: Please provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Delays & Responsibility: Incorrect or missing address details may delay your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.
