1. Order Exchanges

  • Review Carefully: Please double-check your size, design, and quantity before completing your purchase.

  • No Post-Purchase Exchanges: We cannot process exchanges for selection errors.

  • Order Cancellation Option: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and then place a new one with the correct details. Contact us for assistance.


2. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total order value.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: Within 180 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

  • Eligible for Return/Refund:

    • Items that arrive damaged or broken

    • Products that differ in design, size, or material from your order

    • Receipt of incorrect items

    • Significant deviations from the product description

  • Ineligible for Return/Refund:

    • Worn, washed, or altered items

    • Items with defects not attributable to our oversight

    • Items missing original tags

    • Minor, fixable thread or cosmetic issues

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.


4. Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund request, please include:

  1. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  2. Shipping label or courier receipt

  3. Photos or video evidence of defects/issues

  4. Any relevant communications (e.g., email screenshots)


5. Return & Refund Process

  2. Eligibility Review: We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Return Approval: After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the return address.

  4. Ship Your Return:

    • Use a trackable shipping method.

    • Provide us with the carrier’s tracking number.

    • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • We will refund the original item cost plus original shipping fees to your payment method.

  • If you do not see your refund after 10–15 days, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.


7. Important Notes

  • 180-Day Validity: All returns and refunds must be initiated within 180 days of delivery.

  • Shipping Liability: We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.

  • Incorrect Address Returns: Any returned package due to an incorrect address will incur your re-shipping fee.

  • Final Sale: After 180 days, all sales are final and refunds/exchanges are not available.
