Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation Fee: Requests made after 24 hours may incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total order value, as the order may have already entered processing.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 180 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions:
