  • Your Contact Information: Your full name, address, email, and phone number.

  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

  • Accuracy Declaration: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Review & Response Process

Upon receiving your report, we will:

  1. Acknowledge Receipt: Send you a confirmation email within two business days.

  2. Assess Validity: Evaluate your documentation and the allegedly infringing material.

  3. Take Action: If we determine that infringement has occurred, we will remove or disable access to the content and notify the uploader.

  4. Notify You: Inform you of the outcome and any actions taken.

We strive to resolve valid claims promptly and fairly.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

  • A description of the removed content and its original location on the Platform.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court.

  • Your electronic signature.

Upon receipt, we will forward your counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless a legal action is filed.
