  • Why 4 hours? After this period, orders are typically processed for shipment and cannot be altered.

    • Include your order number, name, and the requested changes or cancellation.

Please contact us as soon as possible—requests submitted outside the 4-hour window cannot be accommodated.


3. Address Accuracy

  • Double-Check Before You Submit: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

    • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

    • Printpear cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors.
