2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page within 180 days of receiving your product. For faster service, include:

  • Name on the order

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos illustrating the problem

  • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Note: We cannot accept returns for issues caused by customer errors, such as typos in personalization fields or incorrect image uploads.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Only non-sale items are eligible.

  • Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by your sales receipt.

4. Return Shipping

  • We proudly offer free returns for damaged or defective products.

  • Return cost: $0.00

5. Returns Procedure

  1. Get Approval: Email us at [email protected] to receive your approved return address.

  2. Prepare Package:

    • Include the printout of your order confirmation.

    • Pack all eligible items securely.

  3. Ship Your Package:

    • Use your local post office or courier of choice.

    • Provide us with the tracking number once shipped.

  4. Confirmation & Decision:

    • We’ll email you once your return arrives.

    • You’ll receive a follow-up confirming approval or denial of your refund/replacement.

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

7. Returned Packages & Address Errors

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged after carrier pickup, including any forwarding or redirection you request.
