1. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • EMS

  • Local postal services


2. Order Processing

  • Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed once payment is successfully captured.

  • Business Days: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (New York), excluding the following U.S. federal holidays:

    • New Year’s Day (January 1)

    • Presidents’ Day (third Monday in February)

    • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

    • Independence Day (July 4)

    • Labor Day (first Monday in September)

    • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)

    • Christmas Day (December 25)


3. Cut-off Time

  • Daily Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00)

  • Orders placed after cut-off will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Estimates & Fees

Delivery = Handling Time + Transit Time

Note: Transit times are estimates only. Once your package is in transit, delays caused by the carrier (weather, customs hold, etc.) are outside our control.


5. Order Tracking

  1. After your order is processed (within 1–2 business days), you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

  2. Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan and register your package in their system.

  3. If tracking does not appear after 7 days, it means your parcel has not yet been processed by the carrier.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Orders requiring customization (e.g., monograms, special artwork) may incur additional design time.

  • We will notify you if extra time is needed to ensure your personalized item meets our quality standards.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to:

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands

    • APO/FPO addresses

    • International destinations

  • All orders must be placed with a valid U.S. street address.


8. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Accuracy is crucial. Please verify your shipping details at checkout.

  • If we must contact you to correct missing or incorrect information, this will delay your order.

  • Returned Packages:

    • Packages returned to sender due to invalid address will incur a re-shipping fee to resend.

    • Returned items may be disposed of after 30 days—no refunds will be issued.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the carrier accepts the package, especially if you request forwarding or redirection.
